LUSK, Justice. Plaintiff, claiming to be an employee of International Woodworkers of America, C.I.O., a voluntary association (hereinafter called International), and as such to be subject to the Workmens Compensation Act, O.C.L.A. § 102-1701 et seq., filed a claim with the defendant, the State Industrial Accident Commission (hereinafter called the Commission), for compensation for injuries arising out of and in the course of his alleged employment. The Commission denied the claim on the ground that there was no evidence of such employment. He appealed to the Circuit Court, where a jury trial resulted in a verdict and judgment in his favor. The Commission has appealed.
